Student Policy

1. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow learners. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination from the course.

2. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance and active participation are essential for successful course completion. Students who miss more than 20% of sessions without a valid reason may not receive a completion certificate.

3. Course Materials

All course materials, videos, and resources are the property of LocalPro1 Institute. Sharing, copying, or redistributing them without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Assignments and Deadlines

Students are required to complete assignments and projects within the given deadlines. Late submissions may affect grades or certification eligibility unless prior approval is granted by the instructor.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted. Refunds are available only within 7 days of enrollment, provided the student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

6. Certification

Certificates will be issued to students who successfully complete the course, meet attendance requirements, and fulfill all assessment criteria.

7. Use of Technology

Students must use provided learning platforms responsibly. Misuse of accounts, hacking attempts, or sharing unauthorized access details will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The institute ensures that all student data remains confidential and is used solely for academic and administrative purposes.

9. Communication

Official communication will be conducted through registered email or the institute’s learning portal. Students must regularly check updates and notifications.

10. Disciplinary Actions

Violation of any policy may lead to disciplinary measures, including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the institute.
